Job Summary
A major global technology company has an open position for a Home Based Health Plan Transformation Lead Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive a culture shift at customer locations
- Analyze business opportunities, assess potential markets, and develop strategic direction
- Cultivate, develop and manage strong, lasting customer relationships at senior leadership level
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- An intrapreneurial spirit, with a passion for building a business and making a difference to customer organizations and the individuals they serveand the ability to do so in a constructive manner
- Strong consulting skills, including the ability to work effectively with and challenge the thinking of the top executive team
- Deep knowledge of the health plan industry, and of health care markets in New England
- Undergraduate degree and 10+ years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 8+ years relevant experience working with experience with health plans or other relevant companies, especially with financial transactions
- Excellent presentation, communication skills and customer engagement experience, including the ability to present at industry conferences and a social media preference
- Thorough understanding and management of customer business needs and expectations
