Job Summary

An IT company has a current position open for a Virtual Health Services Business Process Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Tracking, supporting, and coordinating client data calls and action items
  • Facilitating coordinated replies to VA stakeholders and business sponsors
  • Developing presentations, talking points, web content, Congressional responses, and other deliverables

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience analyzing IT business and information environments, activities, and events
  • Must be proficiency with MS Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong SharePoint skills
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust Clearance
