Job Summary

A science and technology solutions company has an open position for a Virtual Health Tier III Help Desk Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing Tier III project-level Service Desk functions
  • Managing Tier 3 Mailbox, collaboration workspaces, databases, and applications performance
  • Assisting with the development of the Support Environment

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience with ServiceNow ticket management tool
  • Technical BS Degree and minimum of 8+ years of prior relevant operational support experience
  • Understanding of DOD Cybersecurity remediation and patching
  • Experience scripting (Bash, Python) in a Linux (RHEL) environment
  • Experience performing System Administration within DOD hosting environments
  • Knowledge and experience supporting software applications in hybrid hosting environments
