Job Summary
A science and technology solutions company has an open position for a Virtual Health Tier III Help Desk Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing Tier III project-level Service Desk functions
- Managing Tier 3 Mailbox, collaboration workspaces, databases, and applications performance
- Assisting with the development of the Support Environment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience with ServiceNow ticket management tool
- Technical BS Degree and minimum of 8+ years of prior relevant operational support experience
- Understanding of DOD Cybersecurity remediation and patching
- Experience scripting (Bash, Python) in a Linux (RHEL) environment
- Experience performing System Administration within DOD hosting environments
- Knowledge and experience supporting software applications in hybrid hosting environments
