Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Virtual Healthcare Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in San Antonio.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responding to and resolving, on the first call, customer service inquires and issues
  • Helping guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care topics
  • Initiating proactive outreach to members as needed

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma / GED or higher OR equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
  • Must live within a 120-mile radius from San Antonio
  • Billingual and fluent in English and Spanish
  • Dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas that provides information privacy
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure
