Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Virtual Healthcare Customer Advisor in San Antonio.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reconciling accounts according to insurance contracts
- Correcting or adding insurance information and requesting re-bill
- Identifying problem accounts and escalating as appropriate
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year related experience, or relevant education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and others
- Ability to work effectively with other employees, patients and external parties
