Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Virtual Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Houston.
Must be able to:
- Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs
- Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions
- Contact care providers on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be within commutable distance of Houston / Sugar Land office
- High school diploma / GED or higher OR equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- A dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Must live in a location that can receive approved high-speed internet connection
