Job Summary

A health insurance company has a current position open for a Virtual Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Houston.

Must be able to:

  • Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs
  • Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions
  • Contact care providers on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must be within commutable distance of Houston / Sugar Land office
  • High school diploma / GED or higher OR equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
  • A dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Must live in a location that can receive approved high-speed internet connection
