Job Summary
An omnichannel customer experience outsourcing company is in need of a Virtual Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Port Saint Lucie.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months customer service experience minimum
- 18 years of age or older
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation
