Job Summary
A well-known healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Healthcare Customer Service Representative in the Horsham Area.
Must be able to:
- Help to guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care topics
- Respond to and resolve on the first call, customer service inquires and issues
- Research complex issues across multiple databases and working with support resources to resolve customer issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Reside within a 2 hour commute to Horsham, PA
- An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability in using computer and Windows PC applications, which includes strong keyboard and navigation skills and learning new computer programs
- Proficient problem solving approach to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, determine immediate requests and identify the current and future needs of the member
