Job Summary
A business services company has a current position open for a Virtual Healthcare Customer Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
- Resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalate calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
- Stellar customer service skills
- Ability to use phone and computer systems
