Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Virtual Healthcare Industry Client Service Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Distributing promotional materials to clients to encourage program participation
  • Maximizing revenue
  • Engaging with the sales team on opportunities and RFPs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Local travel for meetings -some travel required to attend client meeting, health fairs, and team training
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience in Project management and in contract negotiations, budget management and customer service
  • Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma / GED 2+ years of experience in managing client relationships, or project management, or call center supervision
