Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Virtual Healthcare Insurance Member Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from current and potential members
- Receive calls from providers with questions regarding member eligibility
- Maintain performance and quality standards based on established call center metrics
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 1 year experience with commercial (under 65), Medicaid, and/or Medicare health plans in a dedicated Health Insurance Agent role
- Experience must be no older than 2014-2015 with at least a portion of that experience occurring no later 2015
- Strong technical skills
- Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Reliable internet with 5 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload speed
