Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Healthcare Member Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Provide quality member care by following departmental procedures, and client guidelines
  • Meet established performance goals
  • Ensure compliance with established BroadPath, Client, and HIPAA regulations

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 4.5 years of customer service or Associate with 2.5 years or Bachelor with 6 months experience
  • Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills
  • Possess empathy, patience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic are critical to your success
  • Excellent attendance and strict adherence to daily schedules
  • 19” or larger Monitor with VESA mount, ethernet cable, wired mouse, and keyboard
  • Maintain a hardwired internet connection with minimum speed of 15 Mbps Download and 5 Mbps Upload
