A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Healthcare Member Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Provide quality member care by following departmental procedures, and client guidelines

Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4.5 years of customer service or Associate with 2.5 years or Bachelor with 6 months experience
- Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills
- Possess empathy, patience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic are critical to your success
- Excellent attendance and strict adherence to daily schedules
- 19” or larger Monitor with VESA mount, ethernet cable, wired mouse, and keyboard
- Maintain a hardwired internet connection with minimum speed of 15 Mbps Download and 5 Mbps Upload
