Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Virtual Healthcare Network Market Head in Arlington.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Being responsible for all network strategies including value based agreements, network negotiations and challenging contractual relationships
• Working cross-functionally with markets to ensure consistency with all contracting strategies
• Maintaining overall accountability for medical cost management

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Percent of Travel Required 25 - 50%
• Locations in Texas: Arlington, Dallas, and Fort Worth and training period in the office may be required
• The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Must have an entrepreneurial mind set, adaptable to change,
• background in VBC programs, and possess a successful track record negotiating large hospital system contracts.
