A healthcare business and operations provider needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Healthcare Services Customer Service Team Lead in Schaumburg.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Talk with customers by phone or in person to obtain information needed to complete tasks
- Coordinate daily activities of Customer Service operations
- Assist patient account inquiries by courteously supplying accurate and timely information
