Job Summary
An online retailer is in need of a Virtual Healthcare Talent Acquisition Senior Manager .
Must be able to:
- Build TA team capability to proactively source and build diverse candidate pools that will fulfill our client's annual hiring demand
- Act as a TA lead for these lines of business and partner closely with TA leaders to ensure we are hiring the best talent and delivering the right results for the business
- Partner with key stakeholders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
- 5+ years leading a team
- Experience building, coaching and managing a recruiting team
- 10+ years of Recruiting and/or HR experience
