Job Summary
A vehicle company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Help Desk Agent.
Must be able to:
- Properly answer and accurately process incoming telephone calls and e-mails
- Deliver extraordinary customer service to members
- Accurately answer inquiries
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) to four (4) years of travel experience
- Two (2) to four (4) years of customer service experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of PC-based systems, GDS systems, internet, and excellent keyboarding skills
