Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst (Virtual/Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quick and effective assistance to clients based on assigned tickets
  • Guide clients remotely through issues, questions, and functionality training
  • Work with team members to resolve technical issues and maintain help desk documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience and problem analysis
  • 1+ year(s) of hands-on experience troubleshooting software issues
  • Technical acumen demonstrated through completion of technical boot camp, certification, and/or course
  • Familiarity with enterprise software
  • Flexibility to work outside of core business hours based on client needs
