A staffing agency has an open position for a Virtual Helpdesk Technical Support Representative in Irving.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping customers with VPN and software issues
  • Performing other tasks as needed

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Must be flexible for 8-hour shift in the 9am-9pm range
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check, drug test, and fingerprinting
  • Basic VPN/remote support and customer service experience
  • Probably looking for 1-2 years helpdesk/service desk experience
  • Great customer service skills
