Job Summary

An educational company has a current position open for a Virtual Higher Education Developmental Editor.

Must be able to:

• Provide overall author management to include checklists and templates created for the author as guidelines
• Be responsible for the iterative development management at any point in manuscript development
• Notify Publisher in the event an item is likely to go out of scope or off-pace from the schedule

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant subject area
• Development experience at the college level
• Experience working on first editions
• Ideally has some qualitative disciplines (soft disciplines at the college level – Sociology, Psych, education, etc.)
