A staffing firm is in need of a Virtual Holiday Retail Call Center Representative in Minneapolis.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving inbound calls and chats from customers
- Resolve issues with customer orders
- Providing excellent customer service to customers
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to work Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve
- Must have High School diploma (required)
- 1 year of experience
- Must be a clear and effective communicator
- Must have great technical skills
