Job Summary
An online home goods retailer is filling a position for a Virtual Home Goods Sales and Service Consultant in Las Vegas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Service customers seeking assistance with post-order issues
- Meet customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics and issue resolution targets
- Project a professional company image through phone and email interactions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Customer service experience
- Computer and internet up to company standards
- Ability to work varying shifts between 6am to 11pm, including a weekend day
