Job Summary

A HR and payroll platform company has an open position for a Virtual HR Platform Customer Success Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the Customer Success Managers during the onboarding process
  • Providing feedback and/or actively maintaining our customer self-service tools
  • Keeping up to date with Product releases or changes to process

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years of customer success / support experience
  • First class attention to detail and reasoning with extreme organisation and a proven work ethic
  • Be autonomous and professional in approach, with high levels of motivation
  • Comfortable with a high pace work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, determination and tenacity, along with a sense of humor
  • Remote-first advocate and passionate about creating change in the future of work landscape
