A healthcare company is filling a position for a Virtual Human Resources and Talent Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing precertification, prior approvals, and monitoring activities
- Acting as a member advocate by expediting the care process through the continuum
- Determining medical necessity and appropriateness of services
Position Requirements Include:
- License to practice independently, and/or have obtained the state required licensure as outlined by the state
- Master’s degree in Behavioral Health or RN
- Minimum of three years of direct clinical patient care
- Minimum of one year of experience with medical management activities in a managed care environment
