Job Summary
A company that provides information technology services has a current position open for a Virtual Human Resources Benefits Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Review requests received from NASA employees to elect new or change existing benefits coverage
- Review and respond to employee inquiries and requests for benefits counseling
- Communicate with employees, Center Human Resources Offices and other Federal Agencies to request documentation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 4 years of Federal HR experience in benefits counseling and processing
- Experience and knowledge of PC-based computers and software experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of applicable Federal and NASA benefits regulations
- Skilled in using technical systems that support Federal HR services
