Job Summary

A company that provides information technology services has a current position open for a Virtual Human Resources Benefits Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Review requests received from NASA employees to elect new or change existing benefits coverage
• Review and respond to employee inquiries and requests for benefits counseling
• Communicate with employees, Center Human Resources Offices and other Federal Agencies to request documentation

Qualifications for this position include:

• Minimum of 4 years of Federal HR experience in benefits counseling and processing
• Experience and knowledge of PC-based computers and software experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of applicable Federal and NASA benefits regulations
• Skilled in using technical systems that support Federal HR services
