Job Summary
A human resources and financial services company is in need of a Virtual Human Resources Business Process Outsourcing Financial Delivery Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing all variances through investigation and resolution processes
- Providing support and guidance for all implementations and go lives
- Supporting Managers with client engagement ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time
Position Requirements Include:
- 1 to 3 years' experience using Workday or similar accounting systems
- Accounting experience is required
- Ability to focus on SLA attainment, goal setting, task prioritization and teamwork.
- Ability to use MS Office suite and to advanced skills using Excel, Workday and related systems
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines and adhere to client driven, timetables.
- Ability to make timely and complex recommendations using technology, accounting theory and methods
