Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing a full range of classification services
• Conducting desk audits and position reviews
• Providing support with realignments and reorganizations

Required Skills:

• Knowledge and specialized experience applying the Office of Personnel Management classification standards, grade evaluation guides, and policies
• Excellent written and communication skills
• 4 years of prior Federal position classification experience
• Proven ability to meet strict deadlines while handling a high volume of work
