Job Summary
A video hosting, sharing, and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Human Resources Generalist in the Atlanta Area.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partner with training to review, track, and document compliance with training and continuing education
- Serve as a corporate culture representative
- Assist with recruiting efforts by vetting, scheduling, executing reference, and background checks as applicable, etc
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to participate in virtual and onsite meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent work experience required
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
