Job Summary
A non-profit that promotes educational equality is in need of a Virtual Human Resources Manager.
Must be able to:
- Serve as the lead internal contact with Professional Employer Organization
- Administer employer-sponsored benefits plans including health, disability and 401K
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for biweekly and semimonthly employees
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years experience supporting an HR function for an organization
- Knowledge of HR-related policies and how they are applied in a values-aligned organization
- Bring a proactive customer-service orientation
- Understand, influence, and motivate others, including in sensitive or challenging circumstances
- Adept at communicating information clearly with others
- Careful attention to detail and a passion for strong, consistent execution
