Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual HVAC Assistant.
Must be able to:
- Conduct inbound calls on behalf of our customers to schedule jobs and answer customer questions
- Provide customer communication via phone/email/text
- Conduct outbound calls on behalf of our customers to follow up on leads, or schedule appointments
