A company is looking for a Virtual Business Immigration Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise in H1B visas, with experience in other employment visas being a plus
• Minimum of three years of business immigration experience in a law firm setting within the past six months
• Technological proficiency, especially with Word, Excel, Adobe, and immigration software like DocketWise

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of recent experience working with H1B visas
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures, particularly related to H1B visas
• Proficiency in using legal software and databases, including immigration software like DocketWise
• Expert proficiency in utilizing all programs within Microsoft Office
