Job Summary
A relocation management services company has a current position open for a Virtual Implementation Auditor and Support Specialist in Pittsburgh.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Auditing implementation materials to ensure accuracy
- Auditing system configurations to ensure customization of tools/users access match approved documents
- Providing administrative support including scheduling meetings, MobilityX tools, etc.
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 2 years related experience
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills
- Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
