Job Summary
IMPACT is a digital sales and marketing training company that helps businesses take control of their digital marketing and drive more business from their websites. We're seeking a talented videographer to join our marketing team to help us create educational video content for both our website and to be used by sales reps to close deals.
Location: New Haven, CT (During COVID, we are 100% remote)
Salary: $50,000-$60,000 based on experience

- Are you proficient with video editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere and After Effects?
- Do you also enjoy image editing/working in Photoshop?
- Do you geek out over video equipment?
- Are you proficient behind the camera? (lighting, calibration, audio quality, etc.)
- Do you like to experiment with new technology, such as augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), etc. as it happens?
- Do you also enjoy being in front of the camera? (teaching, sharing stories, etc.)
- Do you enjoy scripting videos, creating storyboards, conceptualizing?
- Are you detail-oriented yet also efficient?

In this role, you will:
- Learn our proven methodology for video sales and marketing called The Visual Sale, based on They Ask, You Answer. (Highly recommend you read these books when interviewing)
- Use this methodology to create video content for marketing and sales.
- Publish 2-3 videos per week.
- Engage with sales reps and other subject matter experts to create educational video content.
- Work hand in hand with our marketing and sales teams.
