Job Summary
A consulting organization is in need of a Virtual Inbound Call Center Representative.
Must be able to:
- Process inbound calls helping job applicants
- Walk the applicant through completing application process
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications for this position include:
- Have strong listening skills, professional telephone manner and ability to deal tactfully with callers
- Comfortable with and driven to meet and exceed goals and metrics as it relates to performance and quality of work
- Able to meet sales targets
- Able to follow scripts and toggle between various programs
- Able to multi-task: talking on the phone while on the computer for long periods of time
- 35 WPM minimum keyboarding
