Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Virtual Inbound Customer Service Representative in Vancouver.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answer calls from customers who want to cancel their orders
- Update customers on whether or not equipment has shipped
- Documenting call information via data entry into their database
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1 year of call center experience
- Ability to type 35 words per minute
- Ability to work with multiple computer programs and screens at once (between 4-5)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
