Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Virtual Inbound Customer Service Representative in Vancouver.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer calls from customers who want to cancel their orders
  • Update customers on whether or not equipment has shipped
  • Documenting call information via data entry into their database

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute
  • Ability to work with multiple computer programs and screens at once (between 4-5)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
