Job Summary

A home warranty and services company is in need of a Virtual Inbound Inside Sales Representative in Tempe.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Receiving and handling inbound telephone calls to sell home warranties
• Upholding all company policies, standards and practices
• Acquiring and maintaining knowledge and understanding of product coverage for application in every business transaction

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or general education degree
• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience and/or training required
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Microsoft Office software applications Word, Outlook, Excel
• Math, detail oriented, customer focused and drive to succeed
