A business services company is in need of a Virtual Inbound Support Representative in Chicago.

• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

Required Skills:

• High School Degree minimum
• 1-3 years of prior customer service experience
• Empathy and Passionate about great customer experience
• Solid PC skills including typing and navigation abilities
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Minimum of 35 WPM typing
