Job Summary

A marine products retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Incoming Call Center Customer Service Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain efficient rate of contacts
  • Respond to both internal and external customers
  • Provide exceptionally well spoken responses to customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Advanced computer skills in a Windows environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A suitable environment to work unsupervised from a home office
  • A wired high speed internet connection and second monitor
  • A phone line provided by a major carrier
  • Successful completion of a computer skills and customer service aptitude test
