Job Summary
A marine products retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Incoming Call Center Customer Service Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain efficient rate of contacts
- Respond to both internal and external customers
- Provide exceptionally well spoken responses to customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Advanced computer skills in a Windows environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A suitable environment to work unsupervised from a home office
- A wired high speed internet connection and second monitor
- A phone line provided by a major carrier
- Successful completion of a computer skills and customer service aptitude test
