Job Summary
A medical coding company has an open position for a Virtual Inpatient Facility Coder.
Must be able to:
- Be responsible for pre-admission coding for a large Pediatric Teaching hospital
- Be responsible for reviewing and coding appropriate codes
- Code for surgery pre-authorizations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- CCS certified
- Minimum of 3 years Inpatient DRG and Outpatient Surgery coding
- Maintain standard industry productivity rate
- Maintain quality score of 95% or greater
- Proficiency in computer skills
