Job Summary

A U.S. based home warranty company has a current position open for a highly motivated, personable Inside Sales Representative who can help grow our business in the Wyoming and No. Colorado marketplace.
We currently sell 90% of our product through licensed real estate agents and brokers with 10% being sold to consumer direct channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make Business-to-Business outbound calls to existing customers creating opportunities and increasing customer demand for our product.
Identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including prospect lists and independent resourcing.
Cultivate those same leads through a full sales cycle to closing.
Work in partnership with account representative to create appointments and meetings when necessary - 1 week a month
Work with our marketing team to create meaningful outbound campaigns tailored to potential prospects needs
implement tracking system to ensure efficient and effective follow-up and follow-through.

DESIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Inside Sales experience in B2B markets with proven track record. Min. 2 years' experience.
College Degree Preferred
Experience in real estate industry a plus but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exemplary professionalism are required
Must have ability to work independently, be highly motivated and a team player
Persuasive and articulate communication style, strategic thinking and organization skills required
Strong computer skills are required
Home office based: Must have computer, smartphone, and reliable internet & phone service
