Job Summary
A company that develops business solutions and payment processing software is in need of a Virtual Inside Sales Team Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Directing the activities of sales associates
- Responding to questions and ad-hoc requests
- Assisting in the training and development of the sales associate
Position Requirements Include:
- Three to five years' related experience
- Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college
- Sales/Customer Service supervisory experience
- Strong sales skills and knowledge of the SPIN Sales model
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
