Virtual Instructional Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Instructional Coach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive coaching to school leaders, instructional coaches, and K-12 leaders
• Facilitate coaching sessions focusing on student outcomes and growth
• Observe classrooms, analyze data, and communicate actionable strategies for improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of classroom teaching experience in PreK - 6
• Knowledge and expertise in Science of Reading practices and curriculum integration
• Ability to commit to 12-18+ hours of work per week for a 2-year period
• Demonstrated effectiveness in improving student outcomes as a teacher, coach, or leader
• Experience working with diverse student populations and ability to build rapport with adult learners
