Job Summary

A multi-national insurance company is in need of a Virtual Insurance Customer Service Representative in Madison.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls
  • Answer questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews
  • Navigate through multiple computer systems

Required Skills:

  • Two years of post-secondary education or higher or two years of relevant work experience
  • If not licensed, some positions will require obtaining a Property and Casualty license during training
  • Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
