A multi-national insurance company has an open position for a Virtual Insurance Customer Service Representative in Winston Salem.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support customer inquiries and insurance policy needs
- Care for customers recently in accidents by demonstrating empathy
- Work as assigned
Position Requirements Include:
- Two years of post-secondary education or higher
- Property & Casualty license
- Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
- Remote office internet connection via DSL or Cable Modem
