A provider of property and casualty auto insurance has an open position for a Virtual Insurance Sales Agent in Columbus.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assessing customers' insurance needs
• Resolving customer inquiries regarding billing, policy status, coverage, change requests, and other service needs
• Advising customers on their best options

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to assist customers through written correspondence and phone support
• Must have an active Property & Casualty License
• Ability to maintain knowledge of new products for multiple carriers
