A company that develops business intelligence and revenue cycle software needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Integration Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and implementing efficient best practice methods, policies and practices
- Providing leadership for the team to ensure the delivery of quality services
- Providing voice of the customer input into product enhancements based on customer needs
Position Requirements Include:
- Represent the organization externally and participate in internal cross-functional team meetings
- Deep and broad knowledge of customer’s operational best practices
- Extensive experience operating in a leadership role in the U.S. healthcare industry
- Experience in leading the Revenue Integrity portion of HIS conversion with at least 2 of the major HIS systems
- Experience participating and leading large IDN PAS conversions and/or CDM standardizations or similar scale or scope projects
- Long term thinker
