Job Summary
A financial institution has a current position open for a Virtual Interim Customer Care Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering questions and provide customer service regarding a broad set of topics
- Managing a constant flow of client emails and other communications
- Notating and tracking all client interactions and provided services in accounts
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills, active listening skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills
