Job Summary

A financial institution has a current position open for a Virtual Interim Customer Care Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Answering questions and provide customer service regarding a broad set of topics
• Managing a constant flow of client emails and other communications
• Notating and tracking all client interactions and provided services in accounts

Qualifications for this position include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills, active listening skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills
