Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Virtual Internal Control Group Insurance Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, revision, and communication of procedures and other tools
- Drive continuous process improvements in partnership with business areas
- Assist in the implementation of a comprehensive internal control framework
Required Skills:
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to partner and build professional relationships
- Strong analytical and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Clear and effective writing skills
- Ability to clearly and concisely explain complex processes to parties unfamiliar parties
