Job Summary
A computer support and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual IT Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status
- Processing customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies
- Providing timely feedback to the company regarding service issues or customer concerns
