Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Virtual IT Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Monitor usage and troubleshoot any problems with how customers use our products
  • Guide and teach customers to give them proactive assistance as they onboard our products
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Has strong interpersonal skills and experience
  • Experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Has at least 2 to 3 years experience in B2B Customer Success and/or Management Consulting in the software industry
