Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Virtual IT Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Monitor usage and troubleshoot any problems with how customers use our products
- Guide and teach customers to give them proactive assistance as they onboard our products
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Has strong interpersonal skills and experience
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Has at least 2 to 3 years experience in B2B Customer Success and/or Management Consulting in the software industry
