Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual IT Service Desk Support.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Acting as an initial point of contact for customers via telephone, email or live chat
  • Providing technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications
  • Assisting with navigating around application menus

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • A relevant certificate course and/or relevant experience in Information Technology service delivery
  • OR equivalent education, training, and/or relevant experience
  • 6 months of IT Service Desk experience
  • Working knowledge of data and voice network concepts
  • Understanding of Active Directory to unlock and reset passwords
  • Strong knowledge of Network troubleshooting
