Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual IT Service Desk Support.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as an initial point of contact for customers via telephone, email or live chat
- Providing technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications
- Assisting with navigating around application menus
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A relevant certificate course and/or relevant experience in Information Technology service delivery
- OR equivalent education, training, and/or relevant experience
- 6 months of IT Service Desk experience
- Working knowledge of data and voice network concepts
- Understanding of Active Directory to unlock and reset passwords
- Strong knowledge of Network troubleshooting
